Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Once you complete a course, you can print a certificate that indicates that you completed the course! If for any reason you are unable to access your certificate after completing the course, contact us at info@moldbacteria.com
How long does a course take to complete?
These are short courses ranging from a few hours to a day. However, you are allowed to take the courses at your own pace.
Are these courses recognized in my country?
We may not be able to say whether the courses are recognized in your country or not. Our courses are designed for those who want to learn new skills or refresh their own knowledge regardless of the country they come from. Knowledge has no boundaries.

How do I pay for a course?
Our courses are paid via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use a credit card.
How do I enroll into a course?
To enroll into any course of the courses you must first register/open an account. Once your account is active you can then pay for the course and we shall then give you access to the course you paid for. You can open an account by clicking REGISTER.
What kind of support do I get during the course?

Can I save the course material for future reference?
Our system does not provide an easy way to save the course content. However, you can always find a way of saving sections of the course that you would want to keep for future reference. Furthermore you can access the course several months later after you complete it.
My manager/boss paid for the course. How do I get access to the course?
If the person who paid for the course is not the one taking the course, they should let us know who they paid the course for. The person taking the course must open an account. Click REGISTER to open an account.
Can I do my online training on an iPad or iPhone?
Yes, however with frequent changes in technology, it is hard to guarantee access through either the iPhone or iPad. Just access the course through your iPad and see if it works. For better experience, we strongly suggest you access the course through a computer.
